Developed comprehensive brand guidelines and assets for a medtech startup to ensure consistency across digital and print platforms.
The company had an existing logo but lacked a cohesive brand identity, leading to inconsistencies in visual communication across various platforms.
The absence of a unified go-to-market strategy hindered progress. Conducting formative testing during the pilot phase was deemed ineffective, as design alterations were unlikely. Additionally, the existing risk documentation was written incorrectly, and all three items were pressing.
